Reslynx, established in 2010, is a North American technology company that specializes in providing robust IT solutions to the travel industry. Its suite of products cater to the needs of FIT tour operators, airline consolidators and travel agencies (traditional and OTAs).

All of our products are designed, engineered, built and supported in North America.

It all began with Louis Mercier, a visionary with an impressive track record in the travel industry. From his early days, Louis specialized in the aviation sector, bringing innovations to life with companies like Softvoyage, Netfares Online and Openfares. Despite these successes, a persistent problem remained: every player in the travel industry operated in silos, each in their own corner, with no smooth communication between them.

Travel agencies and tour operators often found themselves juggling multiple suppliers to create cohesive quotes, a complex and laborious process. Louis, always on the lookout for potential improvements, quickly realized that this fragmentation was a major obstacle to efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is how the idea for ResLynx was born. Louis wondered, “What if all the players in the travel industry could be connected in real-time on a single platform?” A simple yet revolutionary idea that promised to transform the travel industry.

With this vision in mind, Louis founded ResLynx. The mission was bold: to create a unique platform where all the components of a successful trip could be accessed and booked in just a few clicks. And furthermore packaged together dynamically if needed. And fast, under 12 seconds. From the start, the goal was clear: to connect more and more players on a single screen.

Today, thanks to his efforts and those of his team of seasoned programmers, this ambition has become a reality. Thanks to ResLynx, all the major names in the travel industry are interconnected, and new partners are joining the platform daily. Planning a trip from A to Z is now simple and intuitive.

Our story

The travel industry is designed to sell products business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C): ResLynx has innovative technology applications to meet the highest standards in all three fields. Our creative team is keen, always up-to-date and on top of industry trends.

ResLynx prides itself on being at the forefront of new emerging technologies. We provide online access to more than 50 travel suppliers (Air, hotels, attractions, cars, transfers, tickets). We provide Business to Business and client interface to our global distribution system using our state of the art booking processes. We process over 2 billion requests per year with a weekly average of 40 million. During peak periods, we process upwards of 60 million requests per week.

Using state-of-art programming and custom-built data infrastructure, our load-balanced Booking Distribution System can handle thousands of requests per second. Alert thresholds and constant error vigilance provide us with a guarantee of 99.8% availability. Strict monitoring and global system health analytics ensure high availability across the entire network
